You may not see any signs for OriginalCottages in Looe, but that is because they own Cornish Horizons who do have a large presence in Looe and the surrounding areas of Cornwall. By having a visible office in Looe it gives guests at Banjo a physical place to go if they have questions or need assistance as well as having a 24/7 support phone number.
This means that guests can expect a very high level of service with local staff in town who can come to the property if necessary to resolve any issues.
Original Cottages is part of the wider 'The Travel Chapter' group who are a national holiday cottage company who own well known holiday cottage brands such as holidaycottages.co.uk.
They also own Caninecottages.co.uk, and since Banjo Cottage is dog friendly this will be an ideal place for people looking to take their dog on holiday to search.
We didn't really. We chose Cornish Horizons because they have the bricks and mortar shop in West Looe. We felt this was an important feature for guests. It wasn't until we enquired at Cornish Horizons did we find out that they were recently acquired by Original Cottages who in turn are owned by The Travel Chapter.
This gives a much greater reach for customers wanting to find excellent holiday cottages in Looe, and in particular Banjo Cottage.
As Banjo Cottage is dog friendly, as is the whole of Looe, the caninecottages.co.uk site was an added bonus.
